The bet-at-home gaming site has been providing casino games and sports betting since 1999, making it a relative old-timer in the world of online gaming! It’s a Maltese based company, fully licensed and regulated by the UK Gambling Commission and the Malta Gaming Authority. Although it offers a full sportsbook, a new and exciting e-Sports section, and virtual sports action, we’ll be using this bet-at-home casino review to thoroughly analyse and breakdown their casino operation, looking at the bet-at-home casino UK in 10 different categories to help you decide whether this old faithful of the casino gaming set is worth your cash!

We’ll be looking at the range of slots, powered here by the famous NetEnt software provider, see what table games and live casino is like at bet-at-home, tell you all about any bet-at-home mobile casino, and take you through all the essentials, including banking, security, and customer service. Bet-at-home: OpenOdds 10 Review Categories Comprehensive Rating Report Concerning This Top Bookmaker

All bookmakers thoroughly tested by the OpenOdds team, must prove themselves in the following 10 review categories, even Bet-at-home!

01.Bonuses:bet-at-home casino bonus? What bonus? Bet-at-home falls down immediately with no bonuses!

Very surprisingly, there’s not a single bonus that we could find at the bet-at-home site. We were so shocked that we actually spent a good five minutes searching through the site. We even went as far as to ask the customer service department through their live chat! They confirmed what we feared, bet-at-home offers its customers no bonuses or promotions at the present time. None, zip, nada, a complete wasteland bereft of bonuses awaits you. (On a more positive note, they answered the live chat really quickly!) In the modern era of casino and sports betting, with a huge amount of competition with new sites coming online regularly, not offering a bonus is a really surprising thing, and not something we’re happy to see.

Now, looking through various internet reports and archive pages, we do see that they have offered bet-at-home casino UK bonuses in the past. We saw a 100% deposit bonus mentioned with a maximum value of £750, and believe they recently ran a welcome promotion of a £10 free sports bet with a minimum £10 deposit, wagering requirements of 6x bonus at odds of 1/2 (1.50) or better to be made within 90 days. But, looking on various betting forums and reaching out to OpenOdds visitors we also found out that bet-at-home has something of a reputation for being extremely poor on bonus offers. So, not the best start to this bet-at-home casino review! Terms and conditions apply, 18+.

02.Customer Service:good range, fast response, but not truly 24/7 – bet-at-home’s customer support department could do better!

If you have a problem with bet-at-home’s casino or sports betting site, you could head for their FAQ section, which you can find through a teeny tiny link at the bottom of each page. Unfortunately, it’s not a searchable help section, so you’ll simply have to look through categories and questions to see if they have the answer to your particular problem. Alternatively, you could try getting hold of bet-at-home through their customer service department. As we’ve already said, when we used the bet-at-home live chart feature to ask about the bonuses that we couldn’t find, they were fast and answered our simple question in less than a minute. Similarly, when we sent various other questions to test the service, they were all answered in less than a minute, a great result. And the speed was the same with the telephone service and e-mail, with telephone enquiries taking a couple of minutes and emails a couple of hours, both very reasonable response times. However, that’s pretty much the extent of the good news in this customer service category of the bet-at-home casino review. Firstly, the phone option should be free to use, but sadly, bet-at-home use a 0356 number, which will come at a cost. And worst of all, they don’t provide a 24/7 service for their valued customers, only operating from 7:30am to 10:30pm, which is pretty poor, especially if you like a little late night casino play!

03.Games Covered:The casino games offering at Bet-at-home comes up short compared to others!

Again, this is an area where we have to say bet-at-home must do better! They very proudly state on their casino page that “More than 100 games are waiting for you”, which would have been wonderful, back in 2004 perhaps. But, in 2018, 2019, we’ve come to expect much more than that. It’s pretty standard today with casino sites to see more than 500 video slots offered, with some casino sites we’ve looked at offering a thousand plus! In fact, we’ve seen some casino sites that offer nearly as many live casino games as bet-at-home offers total games! Sadly, another area our bet-at-home review found this casino site needs to improve on, and quickly!

In terms of the quality of slots, seeing as they’re all NetEnt video slots, things are better, but it would have been nice to see slots from other gaming software companies as well. Things get no better when looking at their table gaming offerings, with just 5 Roulette games, 5 Blackjack games, and single games of Casino Hold ‘Em, Texas Hold ‘Em, Punto Banco, Baccarat, Pontoon, Oasis Poker, and Red Dog Progressive. I suppose if you’re scared of choice, bet-at-home’s table games section would make a pleasant change from the huge offerings and choice you usually see, but that’s about the only good thing we can say! When it comes to their live casino table gaming, you have a choice of Blackjack or Roulette. No live Baccarat, no live table Poker (although they do offer four video poker games), no Punto Banco, just Blackjack or Roulette. And in terms of varieties, you’re horribly limited, with 6 Blackjack and 4 Roulette variants. Again, it’s simply not really good enough.

04.Payment Methods:bet-at-home gets payment options just right!

Frankly, by this stage, it’s a bit of a relief to be able to give you some good news in this bet-at-home casino review! Not only do they give you a good range of payment methods but they’re also very strong on the speed of transactions and pleasingly fee free! The payment methods offered at bet-at-home include all you’d expect, including Visa, MasterCard, and Diners Club debit and credit cards, the e-wallets entropay, Skrill, Neteller, and the prepaid card paysafecard. Plus, bank transfer and Trustly transfer. Surprisingly, there’s no bet-at-home PayPal payment option available, something we’d like to see as we know a lot of you use this popular e-wallet method and would like to see bet-at-home PayPal offered. Minimum payment at Bet-at-home is £10 and the whole payment process at Bet-at-home is just as easy to carry out as we’d want and expect!

05.Security:Bet-at-home is a safe, secure, trustworthy, and fully regulated casino and sports betting site.

Your security online is essential when providing your financial and personal details to any gambling and gaming site. It’s far more important than any other category and the one absolute decider in any of our OpenOdds reviews. Basically, if we can’t confirm that any site is absolutely secure, safe, and trustworthy, we’d instantly recommend you reject them out of hand and never use any unsecure casino site. However, that’s not the case with bet-at-home. We can confidently tell you that bet-at-home casino UK, including the bet-at-home mobile casino, their mobile site optimised for mobile devices, is a completely safe and secure site. All information you provide is protected by secure encryption behind encrypted https webpages, and bet-at-home casino and sportsbook use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) software to ensure online security. This means we are totally confident in the casino site.

When it comes to licencing and regulation, we’re confident that bet-at-home are covered here as well, as they are regulated by the United Kingdom Gaming Commission and the Malta Gaming Authority, two very respected regulatory bodies who enforce strict rules in the gambling sector. With all of these facts, we are confident that bet-at-home is a very safe, very secure site and we can give them a top security rating.

06.VIP Scheme:No VIP program at bet-at-home.

Given the problems we’ve already identified with lack of bonus, lack of 24/7 customer support, and lack of a wide enough range of games, the lack of a VIP scheme at bet-at-home really isn’t that big an issue to us. VIP programs might sound wonderful, but we have to say that the majority of us, the majority of players will never get to the betting levels required to attain VIP status, so no VIP scheme isn’t the worst thing to not have at this casino site.

07.User-friendliness:Old-fashioned looks but decent functionality at bet-at-home.

The bet-at-home website looks rather outdated, but, when we tested it out, it is actually a very well designed site, with all the essential elements in place, easily found, and has an intuitive layout that makes us happy to give bet-at-home a good rating for user-friendliness. One aspect we’re not so happy with is the lack of a bet-at-home mobile app. The bet-at-home mobile casino offering is merely a mobile-optimised version of the main site, with a reduced number of games. In these times, a dedicated mobile app for both iOS and Android devices is essential for our user-friendliness rating.

08.Live Casino Product:Very small live casino offering but supplied by NetEnt, so quality is great.

After seeing how few games bet-at-home offers on its casino site, it’s no surprise to see how few live casino options there are. There is a simple choice of either Blackjack or Roulette, with no options for Baccarat, table Poker, Punto Banco, or any other live casino game. In addition to this there are only 6 Blackjack and 4 Roulette variants. On the positive side, the live casino software is provided by NetEnt, which means the gameplay and video quality is excellent.

09.Other Products:bet-at-home offers a lot of extra products for your enjoyment.

Alongside the casino offerings, bet-at-home also offer a full sportsbook, live in-play sports betting, a range of virtual sports, and a new eSports section. The sportsbook is extensive, with a good range of sports covered and a good range of betting markets available. Frankly, if bet-at-home did as good a job with their casino site as they do with their sportsbook, we’d actually be a lot happier in terms of this casino review.

10.Betting Limits:Small selection, but a fair range of betting limits at bet-at-home.

Although there really aren’t enough games to play at bet-at-home’s casino site, the good news is that there is, at least, a good range of betting limits available. We found slots and table games that started at jus £0.10 per bet, perfect for new players and just what we like to see. Unfortunately, the only way to see those minimum bets is to open the individual games and find out. We’d like to see bet-at-home start showing minimum and maximum bet limits in the thumbnails of each game, but this certainly isn’t a failing unique to bet-at-home.

Unfortunately, bet-at-home simply doesn’t do enough to get a good rating in our bet-at-home casino review. In too many categories, we found this casino provider wanting. On the positive side, they are definitely a good and secure site, with all the required encryption, licences and regulation in place. They also provide good payment method options and their website is simply, effectively, and intuitively laid out to make playing at bet-at-home simplicity itself. However, this is about as good as it gets. The complete lack of a bonus, along with word that bet-at-home are particularly poor on providing bonuses historically means there’s little to attract players there. The site simply doesn’t offer players enough choice when it comes to either slots, table games, or their live casino offers. Customer service is good, but the lack of 24/7 availability is a real negative in our opinion. So, unfortunately, we can’t recommend bet-at-home for your casino gaming.
