MansionBet: OpenOdds 10 Review Categories Comprehensive Rating Report Concerning This Top Bookmaker
All bookmakers thoroughly tested by the OpenOdds team, must prove themselves in the following 10 review categories, even MansionBet!
01.Bonuses:Get a 50% deposit bonus up to £50
The majority of bookmakers will put on a welcome bonus deal for new customers, and MansionBet is no exception. The brand recently unveiled a great sign up offer that looks to give you a 50% bonus on your initial deposit that’s capped at £50. This offer is available to all new customers in the UK who use the MB50 promo code whilst making their first deposit.
Obviously, the more you deposit, then the more that you can expect to receive in extra betting funds. Whilst the MansionBet bonus is capped at £50, you should also know that the minimum threshold for initial deposits is set at £10, plus you can only use credit or debit cards to qualify for this offer.
Once you’ve managed to make a qualifying deposit and have used your bonus code, then your ‘sport bonus balance’ will automatically be credited with the bonus funds. However, before you can withdraw your bonus funds, you will need to comply with the wagering conditions. These state that you have to wager the combined value of your opening deposit and bonus six times on odds of 4/5 or higher, and you get 30 days to fulfil these wagering requirements. Terms and conditions apply, 18+.
02.Customer Service:Live chat, email and phone support
Our MansionBet review found that this brand are extremely active on their Facebook and Twitter accounts, but if you have any specific queries about your sports bets, then be sure to use their helpful customer service facilities.
The MansionBet customer support team are available every day between 0900 and 0100, and we’d recommend that you use their free live chat facility as being the speediest way to get in touch. If you have any longer queries, then you can also use the dedicated customer support email address, although there is also a UK freephone customer hotline.
Unfortunately, it looks like MansionBet have yet to create a FAQ section to help newcomers get acquainted with the site. But they have included helpful links to everything from depositing and withdrawing to betting rules to help you along with your sports bets.
03.Sports Covered:All the sports bets you need
You won’t be short of sports betting options at MansionBet as the brand state that their sportsbook covers 36 distinct sports. Football fans are in for a treat as MansionBet cover everything from all of the English leagues to European leagues and they can give you odds on football as far afield as the USA and Brazil. There’s a similarly comprehensive coverage of cricket so that you can enjoy odds on T20 Blast and County Championship games, and MansionBet will cover all top rugby matches from both codes of the sport.
We were glad to find that MansionBet have put on a decent horse racing betting service too. This covers all major races across the UK and Ireland, and you can also enjoy betting on tennis and basketball matches from all over the world. There were plenty of niche sports betting markets on display at MansionBet so that you could wager on anything from surfing to table tennis. And just so you know, MansionBet also covers esports betting with odds for major CSGO and LoL clashes.
04.Payment Methods:Fair choice of payment options including PayPal
If you want to take a bet at MansionBet, you’ll need to lay down your own money. MansionBet have given you safe and reliable ways to add funds to your account, so that you can use credit and debit cards, make a bank transfer, or even use PayPal to top up your account balance. Whilst there is no provision for some popular payment methods like Skrill, Neteller or Paysafecard, these payment methods should be able to meet the needs of most punters.
You can make deposits from a minimum of £10 at a time at MansionBet, and the limit for PayPal deposits is set at £10,000 for PayPal and £25,000 for other payment methods. Similarly, you can make withdrawals from £10 upwards and there is a limit of £100,000 per day on your withdrawals. In terms of processing times, MansionBet pledge to process your withdrawals in two days, although there might be further delays that are dependant upon your chosen payment provider.
05.Security:Licensed by UK Gambling Commission
MansionBet appear to take their customers’ safety very seriously as they have made sure that their UK Gambling Commission license is clearly displayed so that you know you are wagering with a fully licensed and regulated bookmaker.
The betting site uses a firewall and 128-bit encryption to make sure that all communication with the brand stays safe and secure. We were glad to see that the site is secured by Thawte which is one of the most reliable names in online security.
MansionBet have allied themselves with IBAS to help you in case of any betting disputes. And just in case you feel like your sports betting is in danger of getting out of hand, then the brand have teamed up with organisations like BeGambleAware, GamCare and GamStop to give you to tools necessarily to keep your sports bets fun and responsible.
06.Betting Odds:Excellent odds from promising bookie
We couldn’t carry out a MansionBet review without taking a close look at their betting odds. So in order to let you know the value of MansionBet’s odds, we decided to carry out a quick odds comparison test. This meant that we compared MansionBet’s odds for a Tottenham versus Liverpool Premier League game with those of William Hill and Betway.
For a Tottenham win, MansionBet were offering you odds of 2.70 which was the same as what Betway offered, and was much better than William Hill’s odds of 2.62 for the same outcome. And for a Liverpool away win, we found that MansionBet were giving you odds of 2.45 which was the same as William Hill’s odds, and better than Betway’s odds of 2.40. All of which shows you that whilst MansionBet aren’t the biggest name in the business, they can more than hold their own when it comes to sports betting odds.
07.User-friendliness:Top-class website and apps
MansionBet have given their customers some simple and straightforward ways to access their sports betting odds. Most punters will probably head straight to the brand’s website. This is broadly similar to what you can get at other bookie’s sites, so that you can use the navigation bar across the top to switch between pre-match and live bets, or scroll down the sports categories on the side to access your favourite sport. We also liked simple but important touches like being able to toggle between fractional and decimal odds, and everything from the customer support options to the MansionBet log in was exactly where we’d expect it to be.
However, if you are in the mood for some mobile betting, then you’ll be glad to know that MansionBet have developed great apps for Android and iOS devices. The MansionBet app allows you to do everything from cashing out your live bets, to using the innovative ‘pulse bet’ feature from your smartphone or tablet and it is a great way to use MansionBet’s services on the go.
08.In-play Product:Lots of in-play bets here
MansionBet claim to cover 36,000 live betting options each month, and whilst we couldn’t check this claim exactly, we found that the brand do offer a vast range of in-play sporting bets. From major sports like football, tennis and basketball, to niche sports like handball, darts, futsal and even esports, it seems that there’s a live bet for everyone here.
Unfortunately, it looks like MansionBet have yet to give you any live streaming options on their site. But they do include an excellent graphic visualisation tool so that you can roughly see what’s going on in any particular game and place your in-play bets accordingly.
09.Other Products:Plenty of slots and some live casino games
As Mansion are famous for their casino gaming attractions, it’s little surprise to find that they’d create some space on their sportsbook for some casino games. There’s an excellent choice of slots titles here that feature games from top developers such as Netent, Microgaming and QuickSpin.
We were a little disappointed with the relatively small range of live casino games at the site. It looked like there were only six live table games on offer, but we think Evolution Gaming’s selection of roulette, baccarat, blackjack and Texas Hold’em titles should be enough for most people. We should also point out that MansionBet has a fair selection of virtual games that feature options like football, horse racing and greyhound racing.
10.Betting Limits:How much can you win at MansionBet?
We’ve already said that MansionBet allow you to withdraw up to £100,000 per day, but how much can you actually win with a single sports bet here? Sadly we found little in the brand’s terms and conditions or betting rules that actually explained how much you can win at MansionBet, so it’s probably a good idea to contact the brand via their live chat to find out more about any betting limits.
But just in case you were wondering, it looks like MansionBet allow you to make bets of upwards of £1 at a time, so that you can try out the site’s bets with some low betting stakes.
Our Verdict of Mansion Bet:Our Verdict of MansionBet
We found that MansionBet have put on an excellent sports betting service. Whether you were using a laptop, smartphone or tablet, most punters should be able to place bets here with the bare minimum of effort.
The brand covered all of the sports betting options that you are likely to need, and the fact that their betting odds eclipsed those of some much larger brands is sure to make them a big hit. Whilst we would have liked have seen more information regarding betting limits and also some live streaming, these are only minor negative points. So why not sign up to MansionBet, claim their sign up offer and see how much you can win at one of the most promising bookmakers around?
