Bet of the Day: Eden Hazard wincast worth a wager in Chelsea v BurnleyPublished on: April 22, 2019Author: Jamie Clark
Easter Monday Night Football comes from Stamford Bridge where top four chasing Chelsea entertain Burnley (Sky Sports, kick-off: 20:00 BST)
A win for Maurizio Sarri’s Blues moves them up two places to third and top scorer Eden Hazard continues to be prolific on home turf in the Premier League.
Chelsea are strong odds-on favourites to beat the Clarets, who travel down from Turf Moor still not yet mathematically safe but one point away from the magic mark of 40.
Sean Dyche was always going to be up against it trying to repeat last season’s dizzying high seventh place finish and Burnley battling relegation again is something of a reality check.
Finding value in a game like this which on paper should be one-sided is tough, but a Hazard wincast at 10/11 with Paddy Power looks well worth a wager considering recent form.
The Belgium forward has scored four goals in his last three home Premier League games – all of those in victories against Wolves, Brighton and Hove Albion and West Ham.

Hazard also has a one in two record when playing the Clarets at Stamford Bridge and he’ll be confident of adding to that tally.
That is because Burnley have conceded seven goals in their last three Premier League away games and have the fifth worst defensive record in the division.
While they have obviously struggled more this season, the sale of players in past transfer windows has turned a record profit for a club living within its means.
The likelihood is that the Clarets’ current points tally of 39 will be enough to keep them in the Premier League for a fourth successive season, and this game means more to Chelsea.
That is because they have watched London rivals Arsenal and Tottenham, plus Manchester United all slip up and lose their Easter weekend games.
A Blues victory and the Hazard wincast thus makes plenty of sense in what should be a home banker for Sarri’s side.
