From the family of 1986 Irish Grand National scorer Insure and bidding to give Nigel Twiston-Davies a third Aintree Grand National success, following Bindaree (2002) and Earth Summit (1998).
Joined the Naunton-based handler from Jonjo O’Neill at the start of this season. Started this campaign with a good third in the Grade 3 Sodexo Gold Cup over 3m at Ascot, a race he won impressively in 2017.
Posted a career-best on his latest start when landing the Listed 3m Sky Bet Handicap Chase by six lengths at Doncaster back January.
Stamina to prove, but is a good jumper when getting into a rhythm and has been saved for this. Outsider, yet possibilities of hitting the frame if taking to the unique spruce fences.
